UST women's tennis lost two third-set tie-breakers but held on to top St. Catherine, 5-4, in Sunday's MIAC dual match indoors in Fridley.

Kara Lefsrud, Paige Becher and Jessie O'Brien won at Nos. 3-5-6 singles. Becher and Shelby Henderson won at second doubles, while Lauren Keller and Brittany Alexander won at third doubles.

The Tommies (14-3 overall, 8-2 MIAC) tied for second in the conference and locked up the No. 3 seed for next week's MIAC playoffs.
