With temperatures soaring into the low 90 degrees, host Claremont-Mudd-Scripps dealt the injury-plagued Tommie women's soccer team a 4-0 non-conference loss Sunday in Los Angeles.
The Athenas (9-5) scored two goals in each half.
St. Thomas (4-9-1) plays Wednesday at home against UW-Eau Claire.
