Liz Condon joined the St. Thomas Volleyball staff as Director of Volleyball Operations in August 2026.

Condon brings more than 15 years of coaching experience, along with extensive leadership, operations, marketing, and team-building experience. A former Division II collegiate volleyball student-athlete, Condon has built her career around developing high-performing teams, creating strong team cultures, and helping athletes and organizations reach their full potential.

Her coaching experience has spanned all age groups in the club environment, primarily held at Mizuno Northern Lights, with several first place finishes including the Northern Lights Qualifier and Kansas City Show Me Qualifier.

Outside of volleyball, Condon has more than 20 years of experience in the optical industry, where she has held leadership roles focused on operations, sales, marketing, team development, and process improvement. She is known for being highly organized, analytical, and a relationship-driven leader.

Condon has earned All-Conference awards while attending Northern Michigan University and holds a degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University. She currently lives in Rosemount with her husband Jay and their two daughters: Alyssa and Joscelyn.
