Started season at Augustana Twilight finishing 43rd in the 5k in 18:59.24… placed 100th in the 6k at the Roy Griak Invitational in 23:19.8… placed 40th in the Gold 5k at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite in 18:18.7, a personal record… placed 80th in the Red Race 6k at The Pink Classic in 22:28.10, a personal record… finished season 31st in the 6k at the Summit League Championships in 22:44.32.

A three-time Minnesota state qualifier in cross country...a 5x all-conference selection...twice named a team captain in both cross country and track & field...a 4x time state qualifier in the 3200m run and once in the 4x800m relay in track & field...a 5x all-conference selection...earned all-academics award five times...member of Honros Society from 2018-21.
