Longtime St. Olaf women's head coach John Bazzachini joined the Tommie men's hockey coaching staff in fall 2019. This is his 25th season coaching hockey at the college or high-school level.

The Hibbing, Minn., native played two seasons at Division I Air Force and finished his playing days with two seasons as an All-MIAC player at St. John's.
