Started season at Augustana Twilight (4 Miles) finishing 61st in 20:49.82, a personal record… placed 133rd in the 8k at the Roy Griak Invitational in 27:02.5… placed 102nd in the Gold 5M at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite in 26:25.5… placed 116th in the Red Race 8k at The Pink Classic in 25:50.30… finished season 28th in the 8k at the Summit League Championships in 25:50.34.
2022
Started season at the Oz Memorial with a time of 20:29.5 in the 6k…his first 8k was at the Griak Invitational finishing with a time of 27:36.6…after improving in his following two races, he set a time of 24:57.4 at the Summit League Championships placing him in 39th of 66 participants and finishing 8th from the team.
2021
Consisted top-7 runner for Tommies as redshirt freshman...started season at Griak Invitational (Sept. 24) in 26:26.1…quickened time to 25:12.0 at Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 15)…finished season with an 18th-place finish at Summit League Championships in 25:47.3 and 6th for the team.

Placed 10th in Minnesota State CC Class A meet; also placed fifth and sixth state Class A 3200 in outdoor track and field... 4x800 state champ relay
