Vujovich named Summit League Peak Performer of the Week

Vujovich earns Kwik Star Summit League Peak Performer of the Week honor

ST. PAUL, Minn. – Senior Ben Vujovich has been named Kwik Star Summit League Peak Performer of the Week for his strong performances against Omaha as announced by the league office of Monday.

The Inver Grove Heights, Minn. native helped the Tommies to a series sweep of Omaha over the weekend. Vujovich slashed a combined .538/.571/.923 for an OPS of 1.494 in three games played. He went 7-13 with a home run, 12 total bases and eight RBI.

This is the first weekly honor of Vujovich's career, as he is the fourth Tommie in three weeks to pick up the Summit League Kwik Star Performer of the Week honor.
