Olson continues strong Tommie debut, undefeated on final day of Redbird Invite
NORMAL, Ill.—The St. Thomas Women's Tennis team wrapped up play at the Redbird Invitational on Sunday morning. Lily Olson went updefeated in singles and doubles action, leading the Tommies on the final day of competition.
After a strong doubles battle on Saturday, Anna Sidorenko and Lily Olson earned their second win as a duo this weekend, defeating a pairing from Valpo (8-4).
In singles, Olson added to the Tommies' win total, defeating Joelle Fiallo Schad of Marquette in straight sets (6-3, 6-2).
After winning the first set, both Caroline Lindahl and Ingrid Forsberg battled in singles action, ultimately falling in extra sets.
