St. Thomas football finalizes 2024 schedule

Tommies to host Sioux Falls in Week 0 game
ST. PAUL, MINN. – The University of St. Thomas announced an addition to the 2024 Tommie football schedule. St. Thomas completed its fall schedule, adding a Week 0 game against the University of Sioux Falls. The Tommies will host the Cougars at O'Shaughnessy Stadium the weekend of August 29 – September 1. More details about the game will be released at a later date.
The St. Thomas football schedule, which was announced in early January, is jam packed with competition, both in nonconference and Pioneer Football League (PFL) play. In addition to the Week 0 game against Sioux Falls, the Tommies will host national power Northern Iowa on September 7 and Black Hills State on September 14. The team will also play four PFL games in the comforts of O'Shaughnessy Stadium during the season and will host Stetson, San Diego, Drake and Dayton in conference play.
St. Thomas enters the 2024 season holding the longest home-field win streak in college football. The Tommies have won 31 consecutive games at O'Shaughnessy Stadium and have not lost on campus since December 3, 2016. St. Thomas additionally has not lost a regular season game at O'Shaughnessy Stadium since September 27, 2014, creating a remarkable home field advantage. Since then, the Tommies have won 42 consecutive regular season games on their home field, according to available records.
