Women’s Tennis signs Anna Sidorenko to 2024-25 Freshmen Class

Head Coach Colby Carlson announces the addition of Anna Sidorenko to Women’s Tennis
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Anna Sidorenko has signed to join the St. Thomas Women's Tennis program, Head Coach Colby Carlson announced on National Signing Day.
"We are very excited to have Anna join our program in the Fall of 2024," Coach Carlson said. "I am looking forward to having her at St. Thomas and seeing her grow on and off the court. Welcome to St. Thomas Anna."
Anna Sidorenko (6-1, R, Giessen, Hesse, Germany / Liebigschule Giessen)
Anna Sidorenko, a Hesse, Germany native, is set to join the Tommies beginning in the 2024-25 season. Sidorenko has been playing Tennis since she was five years old, and has earned the Hesse champion title in the U11 and U12 categories. In 2023, Sidorenko secured the Women's Tennis District Title at the district championships in Marburg, Germany.
Sidorenko is the daughter of Elena and Alexander Sidorenko and has one sibling, Alice. Her father played basketball professionally in Europe for 13 years. Sidorenko plans to major in business administration at St. Thomas.
