Munster, Ind. -- Danail Sergiev scored three goals to lead host Chicago State to a 4-2 non-conference win over Tommie Men's Soccer here Friday night. The game was moved to a turf field across the border at Munster High School.

The Cougars scored three goals in a 15:28 span midway through the second half -- the latter via a penalty kick -- to build a 4-0 lead.

McRay Drong and Max Hand each scored their first Division I goals, connecting in the 76th and 89th minutes. Freshman Charlie Hoescher assisted on both goals for his first collegiate points.

The Cougars (1-4-2) had a 4-3 edge in corner kicks and a 6-4 edge in shots on goal.
