Football sets 2025 game at North Dakota State

St. Thomas Football continues to build out its future schedules as a Division I Football Championship Series (FCS) member. It's latest addition will be a 2025 road game against eight-time FSC national champion North Dakota State.
That game is set for Nov. 22, 2025 in the Fargodome. The institutions last played in football in 1966, and the Toms trail the all-time series 14-7-2. The schools were North Central Conference members in football together from 1924-27.
Coach Glenn Caruso's Tommies start play in the Pioneer League in fall 2021. They previously have announced road games with three other strong FCS programs: at Northern Iowa in September 2021; at South Dakota in 2023; and at North Dakota in 2026.
St. Thomas will compete in 20 varsity sports in Division I starting this fall in the Pioneer League; WCHA Women's Hockey; CCHA Men's Hockey; and the Summit League.
