1/4/2019 12:00:00 AM | Men's Hockey
Cam Burggrabe stopped 20 of 22 shots and St. Thomas received goals from four different players in Friday night's 4-2 home-ice win over UW-River Falls.
The Tommies (6-4-2) erased an early 1-0 deficit and scored the game's next four goals. Alex Trapp and Brett Gravelle each had a goal and an assist. Ben Vikich and Matt Christian also collected goals, and the Purple posted a 36-22 advantage in shots over the Falcons (5-6-3).
Trapp's second-period goal -- his first of the season and third of his career -- put the Tommies ahead to stay.
Burggarbe moved to 4-1-1 on his season.
St. Thomas is home Saturday night to face UW-Superior.
