9/11/2017 12:00:00 AM | Men's Soccer

A header goal in the 87th minute by Christian Elliehausen snapped a 1-1 tie and lifted No. 3-ranked Tommie Men's Soccer to a 2-1 comeback win over Ohio Wesleyan Saturday night in Delaware, Ohio. It was the Toms' second game of the Fred Myers adidas Invite.

UST, which lost 2-0 Friday night in Columbus at Capital (Ohio) as part of the tournament, trailed 1-0 at halftime Saturday on an own goal in the 35th minute. St. Thomas' Justin Oliver tied the game in the 65th minute with his fifth goal of his five-game season.

St. Thomas had a 9-6 edge in corner kicks and a 9-1 advantage in shots on goal.

Elliehausen, Oliver and Shae Bottum made the all-tournament team for the Tommies (4-1).

St. Thomas opens its MIAC season Wednesday at home against St. Mary's.
