Women's hockey falls to Saint Ben's 5-3

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The St. Thomas women's hockey team fell at the hands of Saint Benedict on Friday night by the final score of 5-3. The Tommies outshot the Blazers 49-18 on the evening, but could not get the bounces they needed to pull out the victory, as UST gave up three goals in the first period and two more in the second in the loss. St. Thomas now drops to 11-9-4 overall and 10-3-4 in the MIAC.
