5 Tommie teams compete Fri. Jan. 27

Ten Tommie sports teams will compete over the Jan. 27-29 weekend, including five teams in action on Friday:
Women's Hockey
St. Thomas (6-6-2 overall, 3-4-1 MIAC) plays St. Olaf in two weekend games. Friday's 7 p.m. game will be on UST's home ice in Mendota Heights.
The Tommie video webcast was cancelled due to staffing issues caused by the end of J-Term break.

The teams play again Saturday at 2 p.m. in Northfield.
Men's Hockey
First-place St. Thomas (13-3-2 overall, 8-1-1 MIAC) plays prime challenger St. Olaf (8-4-5, 4-2-2) in two weekend games. Friday's 7:30 p.m. game will be played in Northfield. Saturday's game is set for 7 p.m. on UST's home ice in Mendota Heights.

The teams played to a 1-1 tie back on Oct. 29 in a non-conference game. UST has a seven-game winning streak, the longest in men's college hockey.
Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving
St. Thomas will play host to Gustavus in a 5 p.m. dual meet in Anderson Pool.
The Toms will also compete Saturday in the St. Catherine Invite at the Wildcats' pool.
Women's Indoor Track and Field
St. Thomas will compete Friday evening at the St. Olaf Invite on the Oles' campus Northfield. The competition starts at 4:30 p.m.
