The Tommie women's hockey team (2-5-2) returns from a four-week layoff and plays at home Tuesday night against UW-Stevens Point (6-4-2). The game starts at 7 p.m. at St. Thomas Ice Arena.
St. Thomas split its last competition, a Dec. 9-10 trip to the northeast. The Tommies shut out Trinity 6-0 but lost to Connecticut College 1-0. UST goalies have allowed just six goals in the last four games.
The Pointers' four losses have all come against top-six ranked UW-River Falls and Gustavus.
