The No. 15-ranked Tommie volleyball team scored a four-set win over Bethel in MIAC play Saturday in Arden Hills. The Toms won 25-21 in the decisive fourth set after BU had won set three.
Coach Thank Pham's Tommies now have won 10 of their last 11 matches on the season. UST (11-3 overall, 2-1 MIAC) stayed one game behind three 3-0 teams -- St. Olaf, Concordia and St. Ben's -- early in the 11-match conference race.
Katie Bonine had 18 kills and 20 digs; Kaitlain Wachter had 35 digs; Emily Foster had 39 assists and 14 digs; and Tori Jones had 10 kills.
St. Thomas is home Wednesday to face nationally-ranked Concordia-Moorhead.
