Women's Hockey wins 7-3, gets No. 2 seed

Kara Ledel scored two goals and Jackie Carroll became the fifth St. Thomas woman to reach 100 career points as the host Tommies (19-5 overall, 13-4 MIAC) secured the No. 2 seed for the conference playoffs with Thursday night's 7-3 win over St. Olaf (8-15-1, 5-11-1) in MIAC women's hockey play in Mendota Heights.
Courtney Sekevitch scored on a penalty shot for St. Thomas, which outshot St. Olaf 41-27.
