Near triple double for Katch in Women's Hoops win

Junior forward Jessica Katch had 24 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists and senior Carrie Embree chipped in 16 points and 11 rebounds to lead the visiting Tommies to a 71-63 win over Bethel in Monday night's MIAC women's basketball action in Arden Hills.
The Tommies (6-3 overall, 5-1 MIAC) remained in a share of the conference lead with Carleton, a winner over St. Catherine.
Katch scored six points udring a key 12-7 run over the final 3:40.
Sheena Porter-Wrzos had 14 points and Katie Theisen chipped in 10 for UST, which ran its MIAC win streak to three.
UST survived a second near triple double as Annegret Nautsch had 26 points, 16 rebounds and eight blocks for Bethel.
