Men's Hockey falls 3-2 at Lake Forest

St. Thomas fell to 1-2 on the men's hockey season with Friday's 3-2 loss at Lake Forest. It's the second one-goal defeat of the young season for Coach Terry Skrypek's team. UST plays at No. 3-ranked St. Norbert Saturday night.
The Foresters were outshot 46-19 but used a short-handed goal 5:00 into the last period to break a 2-2 tie.
Brandon Wilcox and Andrew Edwards scored goals for the Tommies. Senior Jeremy Earl stopped 16 of 19 shots in goal. UST was just 1-of-6 on the power play.
