An 11-time All American in triple jump and long jump, as well as sprint relays, she was a  member of the first ever NCAA champion relay team in Minnesota history (1997 4x100 outdoors)... had two NCAA runner-up placings in the triple jump and also was a 14-time MIAC champion, including eight individual events... helped teams win seven of a possible eight conference team titles... as a 10-year assistant coach on St. Thomas track and field staff, helped develop athletes that won four NCAA individual crowns in long jump, as well seven other All-American placings.
