Tyler D'Alfonso joined the St. Thomas staff as an operations director in 2026. This will be his first season with the Tommies.
D'Alfonso travels to Minnesota from Ohio after spending the last two seasons at Hiram College. During his time with the Terriers, D'Alfonso was the running backs and tight ends coach and assisted with scouting and recruiting operations. D'Alfonso was also the equipment manager for the football program and ran the program's social media accounts.
Prior to his time at Hiram, D'Alfonso made coaching stops at Forest Park High School and Oakton High School, both in Virginia. Her earned a bachelor's degree in sport management from George Mason University in 2019 and a Master's from Hiram.
