Mallory Helget joined St. Thomas Athletics as the Assistant Director of Development in May 2025 after returning to her alma mater on the university side in July 2024.
Helget supports the university's and athletic department's philanthropic initiatives by fostering meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders.
Prior to joining St. Thomas, Helget served as the Assistant Athletics Director of Ticketing and Promotions at St. Cloud State where she oversaw ticket sales, group sales, and promotional activities for all 17 varsity sports, and acted as a liaison for sponsorship fulfillment and suite sales at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center.
Helget also contributed to major sporting events, including her role as Volunteer Coordinator for the 2023 U.S. Senior Open Championship, where she managed over 2,500 volunteers and coordinated with the United States Golf Association (USGA) staff.
Helget is an alumna of the University of St. Thomas ('22), holding a bachelor's degree in marketing management and economics. During her undergraduate years, she was actively involved in the Damus Board, a student-led philanthropy initiative that awarded grants to local nonprofits, providing her with early experience in nonprofit engagement and community impact. Helget was also a student worker within the athletics department as promotions manager and office assistant from 2018-22.
