Ellen Parkey joined the St. Thomas athletics staff in 2025 as the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning.
Parkey returns to St. Thomas after most recently serving as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Tulane University. Prior to her time at Tulane, she worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Performance Coach at Arkansas State University while earning her master’s degree in Sports Administration.
A University of St. Thomas alumna, Parkey earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, graduating magna cum laude, and spent two years as a student assistant within the Tommies’ strength and conditioning program.
