Caitlin Lombard joined the St. Thomas football staff as the Director of On Campus Recruiting in February 2024. This will be her first season in this role with the Tommies. Lombard previously worked in the St. Thomas equipment room and was a Sports Medicine Aide with the team for three seasons.
As a Sports Medicine Aide, Lombard helped the Tommies through their first three seasons of Division I football and was a member of the history 2022 Pioneer Football League (PFL) Championship team. She also worked in the St. Thomas equipment room in her first season with the program.
Prior to joining the Tommies, Lombard wrestled at Waldorf University from 2019 to 2020 and was a member of the Centennial High School wrestling team. She additionally was the Centennial football manager for four seasons.
Lombard graduated from St. Thomas in 2023 with a bacherlor's degree in exercise science. She and her husband CJ currently reside in the Twin Cities area.
