Tommie Women's Track and Field had more than two dozen season-best performances at Wednesday's non-team scored Tommie Twilight competition at O'Shaughnessy Stadium. More than 16 teams were represented.
Katie Marciniak had three top-two finishes to lead St. Thomas athletes. She won the 100 dash (12.65 final, 12.55 prelims), and took third in the 200 dash (25.60), both in season-best times.
Grace Bordson took third in the high jump in a season-best 5-5 1-4, a mark that ranks 14th in Division III;
Chell won the 100 hurdles (15.97).
McLoone took second in the 100 (12.86, 12.80 prelims).
Dammann placed fifth in the 800 (2:17.76).
Adamson took sixth in the 400 dash (59.29).
Taylor Quandt took third in the triple jump (34-0 3-4).
Kendall Novak took third in the pole vault (11-8).
Lena Wilson took third in the shot put (37-9 1-4).
Berit Borstad took fifth in the hammer throw (143-8).
Christine Rohlf placed fourth in the 400 hurdles (70.03).
St. Thomas will have some athletes competing Friday and Saturday at the Hamline Meet of the Unsaintly.
