Started season at Augustana Twilight finishing 171st in the 5k in 21:06.03… placed 177th in the 6k at the Roy Griak Invitational in 25:31.4… placed 73rd in the Open 5k at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in 19:39.2, a personal record… placed 50th in the White Race 6k at The Pink Classic in 24:06.50… finished season 60th in the 6k at the Summit League Championships in 23:55.45, a personal record.

A six-time letter winner in cross country... a five-time all-conference selection, a five-time Minnesota state qualifier, and a three-time all-section honoree... named team captain... a four-time academic all-conference winner and a two-time academic all-state winner... a three-time state qualifier and three-time state medalist in track & field... a five-time all-conference and four-time academic all-conference honoree... school record holder in the 4x200m relay, 800m run (2:16.63), and 1600m run (5:13.47)... a two-time academic all-state selection.
