Ticketing Internship
The St. Thomas Athletic Ticketing Office is seeking student assistants to work as part of the athletic ticket office staff during the school year.

TICKETING INTERN
Ticket Office interns will assist the Director and Assistant Director of Ticketing with scanning of game day tickets, will call pass lists, and game day sales for basketball, football, hockey, soccer, and volleyball.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a lead Ticket Office game day supervisor for select sports which include student supervision, box office reconciliation, and other game day ticket operations
• Greet, support, and provide the best customer service for all those who attend St. Thomas athletic events
• Assists with game day ticket operations which include ticket scanning, digital ticketing assistance, and walk-up sales
• Adhere to NCAA regulations administering player-guest, visiting team and recruit pass lists
• Office and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Must be a current St. Thomas student
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Required to work all home football games and select athletic events for all other St. Thomas Athletic ticketed sports throughout the 2024-25 academic year
Benefits:
• Paid ($15.00 per hour)
• Opportunity to gain Division I athletics department experience
