Production Internship
The St. Thomas production office is seeking student assistants to work as part of the production, video, and design staff during the school year.

ATHLETIC PRODUCTION INTERN
Bring Tommie Athletics’ video production to the next level and join the Tommie Sports Network as a video production assistant for the 2025-26 season.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in setting up, operating and striking cameras (robotic, handheld, and on tripods)
• Assist in setting up, operating and striking audio board
• Assist in loading content and operating LED videoboards, graphics, and replay
• Assist in setting up, operating, and striking other equipment as necessary (cables, monitors, sets, etc.)
• Maintain production room and digital files
• Help with duplication orders and digitization requests
Requirements:
• Must be a current St. Thomas student
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to take direction and work independently as needed
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely – both verbally and in writing
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Highly motivated and willing to learn

ATHLETIC VIDEOGRAPHER INTERN
Help extend the Tommie Athletics brand by shooting and creating cutting edge video content for all St. Thomas Division I programs.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation, production, and execution of videos
• Assist in the creative process, generating ideas for video content
• Shoot cinematic video of St. Thomas games and other events as assigned
• Edit videos that extend and contemporize the Tommie Athletics brand, as directed by Athletics staff
• Produce videos often on short turnaround times
• Utilize video to tell the unique St. Thomas Athletics story
Requirements:
• Must be a current St. Thomas student
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to take direction and work independently as needed
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely – both verbally and in writing
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge and experience with video editing software, preferably Adobe Premier
• Highly motivated and willing to learn

ATHLETIC GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
Showcase the St. Thomas Athletics brand by utilizing a strong visual identity as a graphic designer for Tommie Athletics.
Responsibilities:
• Design graphics for both digital and print utilizing Tommie Athletics brand and design guidelines
• Update templates already created for numerous purposes across the department
• Create new designs for specific purposes as assigned by Athletics staff
• Efficiently deliver graphics to stakeholders, meeting deadlines and quick turnarounds
• Create athletic-specific content that shows passion, determination, and competitiveness, among other key themes as directed by Athletics staff
Requirements:
• Must be a current St. Thomas student
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to take direction and work independently as needed
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely – both verbally and in writing
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Highly motivated and willing to learn
