University of St. Thomas Tommie Indoor Invitational

January 10, 2025

Entries: Will open on December 30 and close January 7 @ 8:00 p.m. thru Direct Athletics
Unattached Athletes: Please email Daniel Scheff at daniel.scheff@stthomas.edu
Entry Fee: $300 per gender or $25 per athlete if less than 12 athletes
Eligibility: College and post collegiate athletes only, high school athletes are NOT allowed to compete in this meet
Schedule: Final meet info, heat sheets, and time schedules will be finalized based on entries and emailed to all coaches and unattached athletes on January 11th and if there are multiple sections of a running event, the fastest sections will compete first
Scoring: This is a non-scoring competition
Results: Heat sheets, live results links, and final meet results will be posted at tommiesports.com, timing website, and emailed out to all coaches and unattached individuals competing in the meet and we will have live results on our video board located by the start and finish line for running events
Running / Jumping Events: Mondo surface for all running and jumping events and ONLY 1/4" spikes are allowed at the meet
Throwing Events: Shot throwing and weight throwing circles are concrete and only indoor implements may be used
Implements: All throwing implements will be weighed and inspected at the throws cage beginning at 2 pm and all implements must be weighed in by 3 pm
Showers/Lockers: None will be provided
Bus Drop Off: At the intersection of Selby Ave / Finn Street turn into campus and go under the skyway all the way down to turn-around to drop off behind the AARC
Bus Parking: Limited bus parking spaces are available next to the soccer fields and Anderson Parking Ramp off of Cretin and Grand Ave in Parking Lot O
Spectator Parking: Anderson Parking Lot Ramp off of Cretin and Grand Ave., at rate $2 per hour
Admission Charge: Admission for this event is free
Meet Entrance: Located on the second level of the AARC
Facility: 200-meter, six-lane track, completed in 2010 by Mondo and there is bleacher seating for about 200 people

2 p.m. Women’s Weight Throw (Men’s Weight follows, then Women’s Shot, then Men’s Shot)
20-minute warm-up between flights and events
3 p.m. Women’s Pole Vault
Men’s Pole Vault to follow with 60-minute warm-up
3 p.m. Men’s High Jump
Women’s High Jump to Follow with 30-minute warm-up
3 p.m. Women’s Triple Jump (Men’s TJ follows, then Women's Long Jump then Men's LJ)
20-minute warm-up between flights and events

Entry Fee: $350 per gender or $25 per athlete if less than 14 athletes (Please pay entries through Direct Athletics)
Eligibility: College and post collegiate athletes only, high school athletes are NOT allowed to compete in this meet
Schedule: Final time schedule will be finalized based on entries and if there are multiple sections of a running event, the fastest sections will compete first
Scoring: This is a non-scoring competition
Results: Heat sheets, links for live results (Fast Finish Results), and final meet info will be posted at tommiesports.com, timing website, and emailed out to all coaches and unattached individuals competing in the meet by April 29 at 5 pm and we will have live results on our video scoreboard located on the north end of the track for all running events

Running / Jumping Events: Beynon surface for all running and jumping events and ONLY 1/4" spikes are allowed at the meet
Throwing Events: Entries for throwing events may be limited based on the number of entries. Shot throwing & weight throwing circles are concrete, Javelin thrown off grass
Implements: All throwing implements will be weighed and inspected underneath the north end of the stadium from 11-11:45 am (Women's Hammer) and 1-3 pm (for all other throwing events)
Showers/Lockers: None will be provided
Bus Drop Off: Off of Cretin Ave.
Bus Parking: Due to construction, there will be no bus parking on campus. Limited parking will be available for team vans/cars at the Anderon Parking Facility located at the intersection of Cretin & Grand Avenue.
Spectator Parking: Anderson Parking Lot Ramp off of Cretin and Grand Ave at rate $2 per hour
