Raudel Fierro-Perez joins men’s soccer as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator

Coach Fierro-Perez brings a deep soccer resume on the field and as a coach
ST. PAUL, Minn. – The University of St. Thomas Men's Soccer coach Jon Lowery has announced the addition of Raudel Fierro-Perez as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator on his staff.
Fierro-Perez brings a deep soccer resume on the field and as a coach. He has previous experience as an assistant coach at the University of Tulsa. Fierro-Perez previously spent four years with the Tulsa men's soccer program, serving as a volunteer assistant for two seasons before moving into the graduate assistant role starting in 2022.
Fierro-Perez also served as Key City Soccer Association's Director of Coaching from 2017-2020. He was responsible for the entire business operation, while overseeing the coaching structure of the program.
"Raudel has proven experience in Division I soccer with great guidance from Coach Tom McIntosh and Coach Jose Robles at Tulsa," head coach Jon Lowery explained. "He has been on all sides of a program, understands current Division I trends, and will be a great asset in all phases of our program. Specifically, I look forward to his next steps as our recruiting coordinator. He understands St. Thomas and our intent to provide a transformational experience to our student-athletes. He is a great addition to our university, athletic department, and men's soccer program."
Fierro-Perez is also eager to join and grow the Tommie soccer program in the transition to Division I. "I would like to thank the entire staff at the University of Tulsa for all the support and guidance for the past four years. I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to join the staff at the University of St. Thomas," Fierro-Perez emphasized. "It will be an honor to continue to build a soccer program where student athletes will thrive on and off the field."
The West Liberty, Iowa native played collegiate soccer at Loras College, graduating in 2019 with his degree in international studies.
