Becker's four St. Thomas teams finished 97-31 and won regular-season conference titles in 2002 and 2003. She was named MIAC Player of the Year as a senior in 2003, is a two-time All-America and four-time All-MIAC honoree in volleyball as a setter, and set four school records for assists.
