St. Thomas Men's Golf moved up three spots to No. 8 in the latest Bushnell Golfweek Division III poll released on Friday.
Gustavus (No. 16) and St. John's (No. 19) give the conference three top-20 teams.
Coach Scott Proshek's Tommies placed seventh out of 18 teams in the elite Golfweek tournament earlier this week. They won the 10-team MIAC tournament earlier this month -- the program's third MIAC crown in a row -- to secure a spot in the May 2020 national tourney.
The Tommies recorded a league-best 291 stroke average this fall. Senior Emmet Herb has had one par round and 11 below-par rounds out of 18 played. His 71.4 season average leads the conference.
