ST. PAUL, Minn. – St. Thomas Tennis Head Coach Colby Carlson announced the 2025 spring schedule.
The Tommie Tennis spring season will include 19 matches, including six at home. InnerCity Tennis in Minneapolis is the new home for St. Thomas Tennis this season.
St. Thomas will officially open the spring season on February 1, hosting Sioux Falls. Summit League play begins for the Tommies as they host North Dakota on February 28. The Purple will face all six Summit League opponents, consisting of three home and three away matches.
The Tommies will be road warriors the back half of the season, playing the final seven of nine matches on the road. During this time the Tommies will travel to Tennessee and Kentucky to play three non-conference opponents.
St. Thomas will compete against seven opponents for the first time, including Missouri, Milwaukee, Boise State and Air Force.
The Tommies return six letter winners from a season ago and bring in four newcomers. Seniors leaders Marthe Degeorges, Shrichandrakala Tentu and Regina Talavera have combined for 27 singles wins and 23 victories in doubles play in their careers at St. Thomas.

The graduate student has competed in 98 singles and doubles spring competitions over her four-year career.
The Tommies wrapped up the fall portion of their 2024-25 season in early November. The Purple competed in three invitationals this fall, taking place in Minnesota and Illinois
