Men's Hockey gets 22 players on CCHA academic honor list

St. Paul, Minn. -- St. Thomas Men's Hockey has 22 players recognized on the inaugural CCHA All-Academic Team for 2021-22.
Coach Rico Blasi's team, which played its first season of NCAA Division I hockey last winter, had a team grade-point average of 3.33 for the academic year. Eighteen of the 28 players on the roster had a cumulative gpa of 3.44 or better, including 10 at 3.70 or better.
2021-22 CCHA Scholar-Athlete Award Recipients (12)
These St. Thomas student-athletes who returned from the 2020-21 hockey team or were new graduate transfers all have a cumulative gpa of 3.50 or higher:
