Women T&F have good finishes at Hamline

Amy Maas and Hannah Volkman placed 2-4 in the discus to lead a small continegent of Tommie women's track and field athletes at Saturday's Meet of the Unsaintly at Hamline. The meet was cut short by the rain and lightning.

Besides those top-five finishes by Maas (138-10) and Volkman (133-7), Maas also placed fourth in the shot put (39-5 1-4). Haley Zajac took seventh in the hammer (150-1).

Katie Ryan took sixth in the 100 hurdles (15.40) and fifth in the 400 hurdles (1:07.54). Leslie Terwilliger took 10th in the triple jump (32-10 1-2). Grace Nelson placed fourth in the javelin (91-9).
