The Tommie women's track and field team had 11 firsts at Saturday's St. Olaf Manitou Relays. The non-team scored meet included UST, St. Olaf and Macalester athletes.
Emily Van Heel won the 400 dash (59.54) and triple jump (34-4 1-4). Amy Maas won the shot put (39-5) and discus (131-7.5)
Other winners were Traci Pastoors in the javelin (105-8); Christina Rozeske won the long jump (15-8 1-4); Jackie Destache in the 400 hurdles (69.58); Taylor Berg won the 3,000 (10:15.96); Mallory Burnham won the 100 dash (12.65); and Meredith Rothstein won the 100 hurdles (16.38). UST also won the 4x100 (50.16).
Seconds were scored by Maas in the hammer (146-7); Burnham in the 200 (26.22); Abby Baier in the 100 hurdles (16.51); Roseske in the 100 dash (12.93); Larissa Peyton in the 1500 (4:48.53); Haley Zajac in the shot put (37-10); and Hannah Volkman in the discus (119-2).
