2012-2013: Taylor appeared in 24 games, starting in 20 games … Taylor averaged 11.0 points per game, 3.8 rebounds per game, 2.0 assists per game, and 1.38 steals per game … Led the team in scoring on 10 different occasions … Against Calvin (11/16) with 17 points, against Carleton (12/3) with 18 points, against Bethel University (1/7) with 11 point, against Gustavus College (1/9) with 14 points, against Concordia-Moorhead (1/21) with 20 points, against Augsburg College (2/2) with 16 points, against Bethel University (2/4) with 14 points, against Saint Benedict (2/9) with 18 points, against St. Catherine (2/16) with 16 points, and against Calvin College (3/1) with 19 points … Scored a season high 20 points against Concordia-Moorhead (1/21) … Recorded double-digit scoring in 14 different games … Was named MIAC player of the week for 2/4-2/10 … Named to her third straight All-MIAC team … Recognized as NCAA All-West Region.

2011-12: Started all 33 games, contributing 13.4 points along with 4.5 rebounds per game. Added 84 assists and 59 steals. Shot 82% from the free throw line and 41% from the floor. A talented versatile player who can score, yet is a tremendous on ball defender. Was named MIAC player of the Week Jan 30th. Named to the All-MIAC team. Was named All American by D3hoops, the lone sophomore to be honored.

2010-11: Had a remarkable first year with the Tommies. Led team in scoring on 8 occasions, averaging 10.6 points per game. Led MIAC freshman in scoring. Played in all 27 games, starting 11. Scored 275 points and had 102 rebounds. Had a season high 22 points in playoff loss versus Concordia College, hit game winning lay-up in playoff win versus Gustavus. Was the team leader in scoring and free throws made. Was named to the MIAC All First Year team and was chosen MIAC All-Conference.       

Prior to St Thomas: Five year player at Edina HS...Honors Grad...1000 pt scorer, MVP Jr and Sr years. Led team to best record in school history 2010. 4 time All Conference, All State, Miss Basketball Finalist, Played in the MSHSL All Star Game. 

Personal: Birthday is April 20...Parents are Carla and Rodney of Edina (MN).  Sister is Lauren. 

My favorite music is... anything by Kanye, Lil Wayne, and I am becoming a huge J. Cole fan!

My advice to a future Tommie basketball player is... come in ready to work your butt off but know that it is worth it!

My favorite thing about this team is... Our ability to laugh with each other in any situation, and that we pick each other up.
