No. 8-ranked Tommie Men's Soccer made program history Saturday with a 2-1 comeback win over Benedictine (Ill.) in two overtimes in the NCAA playoffs in Chicago, Ill.

The win sends Coach Jon Lowery's Tommies (19-1-3) into Sunday's national quarterfinal match against Redlands (Calif.), which knocked off No. 1-ranked and host University of Chicago.

Christian Elliehausen scored in the 87th minute to tie the game and assisted on the game-winner 90 seconds into the second overtime to stun the Eagles. After a scramble that was puched to the right of the net, Elliehausen sent a cross to the left side where an attacking Oliver converted from 30 feet into an open left side of the net.
