UST summer golf outings set in FB, Baseball, Hockey

Tommie alumni and friends, mark your summer 2008 calendars -- the following summer golf outings will offer food, fellowship and fun while assisting various St. Thomas athletic teams:

Football

The sixth-annual UST Football golf tournament will be held July 24 at Prestwick Golf Club in Woodbury.  Come out and join new head Coach Glenn Caruso for a 1 p.m. shotgun tournament which includes fun, food and prizes. All proceeds will benefit UST football. Sponsorships are available by contacting Tim Fischer at 651-962-6978. 

Baseball

Get your foursomes together for a great afternoon with UST's Dennis Denning, the winningest coach in NCAA Division III baseball. UST baseball's annual golf tournament will be played Aug. 21 at St. Paul's Highland National course.  This 11 a.m. shotgun tournament features two divisions for era players, prizes and a dinner to follow at nearby Highland Pavilion. Sponsorships are available by contacting Tim Fischer at 651-962-6978.  All proceeds will benefit UST baseball.

Women’s Hockey

Northfield Country Club will be the site of the annual UST Women’s Hockey golf tournament. The event is set for Sept. 18 with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. All proceeds from the tournament benefit UST women’s hockey. The event has grown in its popularity so it pays to get your sponsorships and foursomes registered early. Men’s Hockey

Join the Tommie Men’s Hockey program as it hosts its annual golf tournament Sept. 19 at Highland National Golf Course in St. Paul.  This event is scheduled for a 1 p.m. shotgun start with a dinner and program to follow at the nearby Highland Pavilion.  This tourney has attracted capacity fields, so sign-on early! Proceeds benefit UST Men’s Hockey and sponsorships are welcomed and appreciated! Call Tim Fischer to schedule your sponsorship.
