UST has 44 honored as Winter-Spring Academic All-MIAC

St. Thomas had 44 student-athletes named to the MIAC Academic All-MIAC teams for 2007-08 Winter and Spring seasons in baseball, spoftball, tennis, track and field, hockey, basketball and swimming and diving.

Athletes must be sophomores, juniors or seniors with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average. They also must meet certain requirements for playing time or placing in the conference meet.

Last fall season, UST had 40 honored in the eight sports.
