Keaton Wendroth NCAA bound for Men's CC

Keaton Wendroth placed ninth out of 185 finishers to lead the Tommie men's cross country team to eighth place out of 27 teams at Saturday's NCAA Regional race at St. Olaf College. The Toms finished just 29 points out of fifth place.

St. Olaf (70), Central (75) and Luther (144) placed 1-2-3 followed by St. John's (155), Loras (170), Wartburg (173), Bethel 188)

The Tommies were among just three teams to put three runners in the top 30. Wendroth clocked 25:55. C.J. Seifert (26:24) and Ethan Armbruster (26:24.3) placed 27 and 28th.

Robby Williams (58th), Ben Rascher (76th), Zach Brintz (82nd) and Brian Farley (87th) rounded out St. Thomas' lineup.
