Honoring the teams of the ’40s

Greetings from St. Thomas!

This fall marks a whole new era in Tommie Football – a new team, a new coaching staff and a whole new attitude. We need you to be a part of it!

We’re starting a new tradition with the golf outing: Each year, we will celebrate a team or decade to honor past Tommie accomplishments and bring our great athletic history together with what will be tremendous success in the future. This year, we will be honoring the decade of the ’40s. Over the years, our football alumni and friends have exemplified the excellence that this program has produced both on and off the field, and you continue to be great role models for our current players.

A key to our future success on the football field will be the support that you give us now. Funds raised from the golf tournament go directly toward covering recruiting costs, improving our on-field communication system, and purchasing a hygienic drinking-water system as well as computer upgrades for recruiting and reviewing game film.

In addition to playing in the tournament, we hope that you’ll consider sponsoring it as well – the various sponsorship levels are described in the Registration and Sponsorship PDF form. Please take the time to fill out the form and return it as soon as possible.

• Shotgun start at 1 p.m. sharp!
• Social at 5 p.m.
• Dinner at 6 p.m.

Cost

• 18 holes of golf, social and dinner - $130 (includes $27 optional tax-deductible gift)
• Social and dinner only - $35 (includes $7 optional tax-deductible gift)
